Our staff will expedite all orders in a timely fashion when orders are placed. What we don’t offer, in order to keep our prices down for consumers, is customer service via the telephone. If you have any questions or concerns involving your Mods N’ Roses order you can e-mail our staff at info@modsnroses.com and a response will be returned via e-mail within 24 hours during the business week unless otherwise noted on the website.

To be eligible for a floral delivery from your Mods N’ Roses purchase, the total of your order must meet the following requirements:
Small Floral Arrangement ($30-$50 value) -Must purchase a minimum of $1,500.00 USD of shippable MN’R product -Total must be on one order, combined orders not eligible
Medium Floral Arrangement ($51-$75 value) -Must purchase a minimum of $2,250.00 USD of shippable MN’R product -Total must be on one order, combined orders not eligible
Large Floral Arrangement ($76-$100 value) -Must purchase a minimum of $3,000.00 USD of shippable MN’R product -Total must be on one order, combined orders not eligible
After your order has been completed and your payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from the Mods N’ Roses staff asking you to specify the name, address, and requested delivery date and type of flowers for your delivery bonus. Customer must allow 3-4 days delivery once floral delivery information has been received.
A $5 gift card to Starbucks will be included with any package kit that falls short of the $1,500 minimum required to receive free flowers. - Shipping & Delivery

Products will usually be shipped through United States Postal Service, but in some cases product may be shipping through the United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Please provide us with a street address for delivery. - International Shipping

Please note that international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. The total shipping price is the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. Mods N’ Roses will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. Mods N’ Roses will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Mods N’ Roses will also not be held responsible for any additional fee that the local carrier in your country may charge.
International orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please provide us with a street address for delivery. - Privacy & Security

You do not have to create an account in order to purchase products online; however, you will still be required to fill out all of the necessary information for payment, billing, and shipping. By choosing this option, none of your user information will be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.
Security for making credit card payments over the internet is our highest priority. All credit card purchases will be processed through PayPal's secure processing pages, renowned for their safe and secure means of making online payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

- Since Mods N’ Roses is not a manufacturer of goods we can only offer the manufacturers warranty for defects in workmanship or failure of materials for normal use. Keep all of the information you receive from the manufacturer including: installation information, warranty information, and/or an owners manual. If a product fails or becomes defective, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information for the proper return procedures. To claim a warranty issue, defect, or to return a product, please contact us via e-mail at info@modsnroses.com.
Products may only be returned within 30 days after the date of the invoice. If the product has not been installed, modified, or damaged in any way, it can be returned only with a Return Authorization number. An RA# can be obtained by contacting the Mods N’ Roses staff at info@modsnroses.com.
